Job Description

The Role:

Play a pivotal role in shaping CMF by Nothing’s brand identity, driving innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution to position it as a global leader in accessible design and technology.

What you’ll do:

Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with the senior marketing manager and cross-functional teams to strategize and execute product launch campaigns. Drive end-to-end efforts, including defining objectives, identifying target audiences, and planning structured rollouts to build pre-launch anticipation and sustain post-launch momentum. Lead content development with creative teams for videos, images, social assets, and product descriptions while managing influencer partnerships and collaborations to generate organic buzz.

E-commerce Optimization: Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and enhanced multimedia content, such as videos and infographics. Plan and execute promotional campaigns in coordination with e-commerce platforms and sales teams, securing premium placements and aligning with seasonal and launch calendars. Analyze platform data to track performance, improve visibility, and inform future strategies.

Media & Digital Marketing: Partner with in-house media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets across channels, track platform performance to gauge effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI. Support seamless media execution for launches and brand milestones to amplify impact.

Creative Production & Brand Consistency: Work closely with creative and production partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets aligned with the brand’s values and innovations. Ensure cohesive communications across global teams and maintain consistency in messaging and visuals.

Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in the tech category. Leverage analytics to assess campaign performance and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance product launches and brand positioning.

What we are looking for:

  • A postgraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field from an accredited institution with 5-7 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of marketplaces, particularly experience with platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, or similar.
  • A good grasp of media and digital marketing fundamentals; familiarity with analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in creative production and working with advertising agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with global teams and partners.
  • A keen interest in design, technology, and culture and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
