Our Bangalore based client is a leader in conversational AI and voice bots. This NASSCOM awarded company offers AI-Powered omnichannel Voice automation solutions to their clients in industries like banking, auto, telecom etc. They offer enterprise grade secure communication systems that are protected from online threats through voice biometrics. Their solution enables clients to derive actionable business insights out of voice calls.

Founded in 2016 by an ISB alumnus, it has raised ~$3.5mn from tier 1 angels and investors like Samsung Ventures.They work with clients like Bajaj Finserv, Airtel, HDFC Bank and others.

As an NLP Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining natural language processing (NLP) systems according to project requirements

What you need to do :

– Developing NLP systems according to project requirements.

– Maintaining NLP libraries and frameworks.

– Designing and developing natural language processing systems.

– Defining appropriate datasets for language learning.

– Using effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features.

– Training developed models and run evaluation experiments.

– Finding and implementing the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks.

– Performing statistical analysis of results and refine models.

– Staying up to date with advancements in the field of machine learning.

– Implementing changes as needed and analyze bugs.

– Working in night shifts according to US Eastern Time Zone (EST).

What you need to have :

– Proficient knowledge of Python.

– Experience in API integrations (REST and SOAP).

– Experience working with Conversational AI.

– Knowledge/work experience with NoSQL database MongoDB.

– Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

– Experience in a client-facing role, particularly in the North American region.

– Startup experience is a plus.

– Experience in training clients on NLP solutions.

– Ability to communicate effectively with US native resource
