Web Development Intern

This is a part-time entirely remote role (i.e. 4 hours/day Mon-Fri) for 3 months (15th November – 15th February). Please also only apply if you’re able to confirm this time commitment.

Role Overview

As our Web Development Intern, you’ll take charge of building our Webflow website from the ground up, handling everything from page design to backend functionality. You’ll collaborate closely with our founder to ensure the site not only looks amazing but also operates smoothly and provides an exceptional user experience. Your work will showcase the best of what Muses has to offer, and you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Building & Customizing Our Webflow Site

• Create, design, and customize Webflow pages that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Work with our founder to turn creative concepts into responsive, interactive pages that look flawless across all devices.
• Take ownership of the site’s visual appeal and user interface, ensuring it’s both engaging and aligned with brand standards.

Backend Development & Technical Integrations

• Implement backend functionalities, including API integrations, custom code, and data management.
• Develop and integrate interactive features like forms, user dashboards, and automated workflows to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure backend processes are smooth, secure, and optimized for peak performance.

Quality Control & Optimization

• Perform thorough testing to ensure the site’s functionality, responsiveness, and usability on all platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues on both the front and back end, ensuring optimal performance and load times.
• Continuously monitor and improve site performance, from speed optimization to overall user experience.

What You Bring

• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend development; comfort with APIs and custom integrations.
• Design Sense: A keen eye for detail and visual consistency, with experience building interactive and user-friendly websites on Figma.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with creativity and efficiency.

Stipend: INR 5000 per month
