Responsibilities
– Plan & manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
– Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
– Create audience research, funnel planning & retargeting strategies.
– Work with the team to create and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page angles.
– Monitor daily performance & grow winning campaigns.
– Handle A/B testing for creative, audience & offers.
– Track performance using Meta Ad Manager & Google Ads.
– A good understanding of paid marketing funnels and performance metrics.
– The ability to manage budgets & optimize for conversions.
– Experience with Conversion tracking & Google Analytics.
