As a Marketing Manager specializing in Healthcare Hygiene , you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of adult diaper products. You will play a crucial role in shaping the market presence and perception of Healthcare Hygiene products.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the adult diaper industry.
  • Analyze competitor products and market positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote adult diaper products.
  • Define target audiences and create compelling marketing messages.

Brand Positioning:

  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence for Health and Hygiene products.
  • Develop and communicate a unique value proposition.

Product Launches:

  • Plan and execute product launches, including market positioning, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for effective product distribution.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize digital platforms to engage with customers and gather feedback.

Collaboration with Agencies:

  • Work with advertising agencies, designers, and other marketing partners to create impactful marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and new customer segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to enter new markets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and implement customer engagement programs, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues proactively.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor campaign performance against budgetary constraints.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer products, preferably in the healthcare or hygiene industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
