Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager for the APAC region will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in field events management, ABM, and go-to-market strategies for product rollouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and experience working within the SaaS B2B space.

You will:

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

o Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the APAC region.

o Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.

o Collaborate with the global marketing team to align regional campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

2. Field Events Management:

o Direct – Plan, organize, and execute field events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings.

o CoBranded w/partners – Plan, organize, and execute field events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and user group meetings.

o Work closely with the sales teams / Versa partners to ensure events align with sales objectives and lead generation goals.

o Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site event execution.

3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Nice to Have

o Develop and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts in the APAC region.

o Work with the sales team to create personalized marketing campaigns for high-value prospects and existing customers.

o Utilize intent data and insights to refine targeting and messaging for ABM initiatives.

4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Nice to Have

o Lead the development and execution of GTM plans for new product rollouts in the APAC region.

o Coordinate with product management, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

o Monitor and analyze the performance of GTM campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

5. Content and Collateral Development:

o Create and localize marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales collateral.

o Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with the APAC audience.

o Ensure customer/partner events have the right content, aligned with Versa鈥檚 go to market message, attendee personas and demographics.

6. Digital Marketing: (Social amplification of events)

o Manage regional digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

o Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

7. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

o Utilize market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

8. Metrics and Reporting:

o Track key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

o Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

路 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field events management, campaign planning, ABM, and GTM strategies.

路 Proven experience in the SaaS B2B industry, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.

路 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.

路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

路 Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

路 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

路 Knowledge of the APAC, EMEA and ME region鈥檚 business culture and market dynamics.

路 Ability to travel within the region and in EMEA/ME occasional travel.
