Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, along with creative consultants
Identify target markets, customer segments, and key messaging to effectively position the brand
Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies
Brand Management: Maintain the brand’s identity, voice, and messaging as developed by the branding agency across all marketing channels
Develop and execute brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience to build brand equity
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the chosen digital marketing agency and oversee campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising
Optimize the company’s website and e-commerce platform for search engines and user experience
Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digital marketing performance
Monitor and optimize advertising spend to ensure a suitable return on investment (ROI)
Content Creation: Collaborate with the social media management agency and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content, including images and video content, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality content
Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement, in collaboration with the social media management agency
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media trends that are suitable for the company’s brand persona
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing and upselling
Engage in customer interactions and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
Public Relations and Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute PR strategies to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand reputation
Build relationships with beauty editors, bloggers, and influencers to amplify brand reach
Coordinate events, product placements, and collaborations with influencers and media partners
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Monitor marketing expenditures and provide regular updates to senior management and founder
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising marketing effectiveness
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, key metrics, and ROI
