Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and enhance features for the ERP platform
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
– Perform software testing to ensure performance, reliability, and quality
– Identify, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues
– Collaborate closely with senior developers, product teams, and stakeholders
– Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
– Continuously learn and apply new tools, technologies, and development methods
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong programming fundamentals in languages such as C, Java, Python, or similar
– Basic understanding of software development concepts and workflows
– Interest in software testing, debugging, and quality assurance
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a startup or agile environment
– Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
