Galytix “GX” is a banking and insurance industry- specialised generative AI language model. GX empowers credit analysts and claims managers with a Personalised AI Assistant delivering a step-change in their productivity and decision making. GX is fed by sector-specific data and knowledge and easily adaptable through ontology layer to reflect institution-specific rules and governance.

Job Description:

  • User Support: Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting 

and resolving issues related to Azure AD, O365, device management, and general 

software/hardware issues.

• System Monitoring: Monitor the health and performance of IT systems, ensuring 

the availability and security of cloud services (Azure, AWS) and on-premises 

infrastructure.

• Script Automation: Create and maintain scripts in PowerShell and Bash to 

automate routine tasks such as user provisioning, system updates, and backups.

• Cloud Resource Management: Use Terraform and other IaC tools to deploy, 

manage, and scale cloud infrastructure resources across AWS and Azure 

environments.

• Device Management: Assist with device enrollment in MDM solutions, ensuring 

devices are secure and compliant with company policies.

• Network Support: Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including connectivity 

problems and configuration of firewalls, switches, and routers.

• System Maintenance: Perform regular updates and maintenance on Linux and 

Windows systems to ensure they are secure and running efficiently.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, 

troubleshooting guides, and cloud infrastructure configurations.

Key Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role

• Azure Active Directory: User management, security settings, software installation, 

end-user troubleshooting.

• Microsoft O365: Admin support for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint.

• Device Enrollment: MDM solutions, device security.

• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, and Linux shell scripting.

• Basic Networking: Connectivity troubleshooting, basic configurations.

• Operating Systems: Support for Linux and Windows.

• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS, Azure.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform for provisioning and 

managing cloud resources.

• Automation: Ability to automate tasks using scripting and IaC tools
