Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

Initial location is Chennai

Reports to: Director HR

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead IT recruitment efforts (70%) and implement HR policies (30%) across our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team to foster a professional culture, handle large-scale ramp-ups, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment (70%):

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IT positions
  • Source, attract, and select top talent
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews and offer extensions
  • Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes
  • Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for recruitment
  • Leverage job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and other online resources
  • Post job advertisements and manage job postings

HR Policy Implementation (30%):

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with operations team to create a professional culture
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with international offices in Canada and the USA
  • Handle large-scale ramp-ups and recruitment drives
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports on recruitment and HR initiatives
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment
  • Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with international coordination and cultural sensitivity
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulations

Proficient in:

  • Social media recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed)
  • Recruitment software and tools (ATS, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS systems
