Job Overview

Join our team as a HR Recruiter at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy in Madurai. This is a Full-Time position ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience. Time: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM. Salary Package: 12k to 20k

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • 2. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment
  • 5. Strong client relations and negotiation abilities
  • 6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • 7. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • 2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • 3. Screen resumes and job applications
  • 4. Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • 5. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
  • 6. Provide a seamless candidate selection process from sourcing to hiring
