Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
– Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across multiple departments.
– Create and manage training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
– Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive employee lifecycle experience.
– Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
– Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR regulations.
– Collaborate with leadership teams to implement HR initiatives that support business goals and organizational development.
– Utilize HR analytics and performance metrics to evaluate HR programs and support strategic decision-making.
– Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance.
– Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication strategies.
