Job Purpose:
Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, payroll, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle everything from onboarding new employees to managing promotions, transfers, and even the exit process (including final settlements)
- Handle daily HR Operations – employee records, attendance, leaves, and documentation
- Manage monthly payroll and make sure salaries go out correctly and on time
- Make sure we are following all labour laws and requirement – PF, ESIC, PT, TDS taxes, etc.
- Address employee queries and ensure effective employee communication.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership
- Create and maintain HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with Finance, Admin and other stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
