Job Description
Profile: HR Generalist
Roles:
— to oversee all HR functions
— to do recruitments when needed
— on charge of sending offer letters when a candidate is selected
— give appointment letters
— to take care of orientation/induction of new joinees
— to take care of implementation of all policies
— to prepare monthly salary sheets
— In-charge of yearly appraisals to be calculated according to the policy
— to train staff as and when needed
— to counsel staff when needed
— To set systems and SOPs of all Departments at the clinic for their smooth operations..
–To oversee and monitor all the systems set on a daily basis.
–Everything included in Administration and HR profile.
