Key Responsibilities
– Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners
– Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
– Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards
– Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
– Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
– Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
– Support HR MIS reporting and data management
– Assist with attendance tracking and basic payroll inputs
– Coordinate background verification and onboarding documentation
– Support policy communication and internal HR announcements
Skills & Qualifications
– MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
– 6 months to 1.6 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
– Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation
– High level of confidentiality and data sensitivity
