Job Description
‘Hindustan Feeds’ is a professionally managed agro-based company that has manufacturing units located in Baramati, Satara and Shrirampur. Hindustan feeds is a market leader that has a strong presence in the cattle feed industry with a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following role at our Baramati plant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Strategy Development and Implementation
2) Develop business-related people strategy
3) Employee Relations
4) Manage formal employees including performance, grievance issues and relations cases.
5) Policy development and implementation
6) Development of HR policies, procedures and processes that mirror the culture of the organisation
7) Development of staff benefits, annual salary reviews and bonus
8) Performance Evaluation and Management
9) Training and development
Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have an MBA – HR, MSW/MPM degree with 13 to 14 years of experience in handling the HR Generalist role.
