The Role:
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth initiatives to new heights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating engaging experiences and forging strong industry relationships.
Here are your goals
– Oversee social media strategy and manage brand presence for Everstage, ensuring consistency and resonance across platforms while consistently growing the brand.
– Orchestrate impactful virtual events, webinars, and virtual summits from conception to execution, aligning with our overall marketing strategy.
– Drive collaboration with influencers, communities, brand partners, and referral partners to enhance visibility and increase brand credibility.
– Lead community building initiatives and strategize for community growth, ensuring engagement across target personas.
– Develop and manage podcasts as a thought leadership channel, positioning Everstage as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.
– Manage team day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of activities, and maintaining high standards of quality.
– Collaborate with product marketing, content, and demand generation teams to create cohesive and engaging experiences.
– Ensure all growth initiatives are tracked effectively, with detailed reporting on performance, engagement, and outcomes.
– Stay ahead of the curve in growth marketing trends, consistently innovating to keep Everstage at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For:

5+ Years of experience in Content/Growth/Field marketing, particularly in the B2B SaaS space.

Exceptional communication skills and a talent for building relationships.

Strong business acumen and a bias for action

Experience with Enterprise SaaS products is a plus.
