What we are looking for: We are looking for Frontend developers and a lead for one of our internal projects. Strong expertise in Javascript along with JEST is mandatory. We need someone who writes the test cases using JEST.

Role: Frontend developer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Hybrid
Shift timings: 9 Hours
Years of experience: 10+years (Relevant 4 to 7+ Years)

Technologies: JavaScript, JQuery, Jest, HTML, CSS

Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Expertise in writing unit tests using Jest, with a focus on ensuring high test coverage for UI components.
Familiarity with modern front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating front-end unit tests into the development lifecycle.
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

Role & Responsibilities:

Write comprehensive unit tests with Jest to ensure the stability and reliability of front-end components.
Assess the existing front-end codebase to identify areas that require additional test coverage, focusing on edge cases and user interactions.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver consistent and efficient user experiences.
Optimize application performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
Ensure smooth integration of UI components with back-end services and APIs.
Implement best practices for code quality, security, and maintainability.
Integrate unit tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automated tests are run as part of the development and deployment process.
For the lead role: experience with Scrum & Agile methodologies. Experience leading teams of at least five engineers. Experience with coaching and mentoring less-experienced engineers.
