Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the frontend development of our products, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, performance, and usability.
Technical Leadership: Act as a tech architect, providing architectural guidance and making critical decisions on technology stacks, design patterns, and development practices.
Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using Angular, Ionic Framework, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and refine product requirements and deliver robust solutions.
Code Quality: Maintain high code quality standards through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of frontend applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies and integrate best practices into the development process.
Team: need to work with team, get full knowledge of all product.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on Angular, Ionic Framework, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular (2+), Ionic Framework, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques. Experience with RESTful APIs and modern JavaScript libraries is a plus.
Architectural Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex frontend architectures. Ability to make strategic technical decisions and provide architectural recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
