Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Flutter Developers with 5+ years of experience in
building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. The
role requires strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app
development practices, with a focus on performance, user experience, and
integration with backend services.
Key Responsibilities
– Mobile App Development
– Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using
Flutter and Dart.
– Build reusable UI components and libraries for scalable apps.
– Ensure responsive layouts and consistent user experiences across
devices.
– Integration & APIs
– Integrate apps with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, Firebase, and
third-party SDKs.
– Work with backend engineers to design efficient data flows.
– Implement secure authentication, session management, and
role-based access.
– Performance & Quality
– Optimize apps for performance, memory usage, and battery
efficiency.
– Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing.
– Monitor crash logs and implement bug fixes proactively.
– Deployment & Support
– Manage build and release pipelines for Google Play Store and
Apple App Store.
– Automate build processes using CI/CD pipelines.
– Support post-release app monitoring, maintenance, and updates.
– Collaboration & UX
– Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX.
– Collaborate in agile teams with product managers, QA, and
backend engineers.
– Contribute to best practices, coding standards, and
documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
– 4+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+
years in Flutter & Dart.
– Strong understanding of mobile architectures, design patterns (MVVM,
BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
– Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS
(Swift/Objective-C).
– Knowledge of local storage (SQLite, Hive), cloud sync, and push
notifications.
– Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development practices.
Preferred Knowledge
– Experience with cross-platform performance optimization and Flutter
Web/Desktop.
– Familiarity with secure coding practices in mobile development.
– Exposure to containerization and cloud backends (Firebase, AWS
Amplify, GCP Firebase).
– Knowledge of app analytics and monitoring tools (Crashlytics,
AppDynamics).
Education & Certifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
– Preferred certifications:
– Flutter & Dart certification.
– Google Associate Android Developer or Apple iOS Developer
certifications.
