Job Description

Employees are required to be physically present in the office twice a month.

Role/Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct and participate in daily QA meetings to discuss project progress and status.
  • Collaborate with developers, managers, and stakeholders in multiple meetings to align project goals and priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize critical modules and features for automation, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript and JavaScript
  • Document automated processes with detailed test plans, procedures, and cases; record and manage bugs using Jira.
  • Conduct root cause analysis by examining application logs and reviewing software bug reports.
  • Identify quality issues, generate detailed test reports, and ensure continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to resolve application issues and improve overall user experience.
  • Perform regular regression testing to maintain system integrity.

 

 Requirement:

  • Experience: 5+ years in web automation testing.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, tools, and processes.
  • Test Documentation: Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.

Technical Skills:

  • Automation testing expertise with Playwright, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • API testing experience.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with CI tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub) and version control.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOMmanipulation.
  • Experience with AZURE, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Device Monitoring tools (SNMP, ICMP, Cisco).

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with any Automation Framework such as Selenium or Playwright or similar code automation tools, any object-oriented programming language (OOP), and performance testing.
