A leading Services Organization

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbement will be responsible for:

  • Diagonising, investigating and resolving high sensitive and complex employee relations issues in areas of disciplinary / performance/ sexual harressment / criminial/ financial aspecrs
  • Work with business leaders, stakeholders , legal and business HR to resolve the issues in a smooth and efficient manner
  • Help resolve the employee relations issues and help mitigate the risk to the company

Candidate Requirement:

10+ years of experience with a masters degree in HR.

Problem solving and strong communication skills

Being in the Employee relations portfolio for the last 5 years

Location: Bangalore
