Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
- Manage content calendars and ensure content is relevant, engaging, and on-brand.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Create and curate high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns for web, email, SEO/SEM, mobile, and WhatsApp, which involve crafting newsletters and setting up automated sequences for both email and messages.
- Manage and execute social media pages & campaigns on platforms like , Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Vimeo, Behance, etc.
- Develop and maintain the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify target audiences and market trends to create effective campaigns.
- Implement lead generation strategies through various digital channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
- Continuously analyze market and competitor data to refine strategies.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills to bring fresh ideas and design approaches.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.
- Analyze user behavior and website performance to improve conversion rates.
- A/B testing and optimization of landing pages and website elements.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of industry experience.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
- Proficiency in website development platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Proven experience managing various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are beneficial.
- Experience with pay-per-click advertising and bid management tools.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with good understanding of design principles, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate brand messages and narratives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design ideas, articulate concepts, and present visual designs.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving trends.

1. Traffic Growth
Objective: Boost website traffic to enhance brand visibility and attract potential leads.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Create and execute content marketing strategies to drive visitors through blogs, articles, and other media.
- Leverage social media platforms to draw users to the website.
KPIs:
- Monthly increase in website visitors.
- Growth rate of organic traffic.
- Distribution of traffic sources (organic, direct, referral, social).
2. Lead Generation
Objective: Generate high-quality leads for the sales team to convert into customers.
Tasks:
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns across various digital channels.
- Develop optimized landing pages and forms to capture leads.
- Utilize email marketing and automation for lead capture and nurturing.
- Optimize PPC campaigns to enhance lead generation.
KPIs:
- Number of leads generated monthly.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Lead conversion rate.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Objective: Increase the percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions, such as filling out a form.
Tasks:
- Analyze user behavior and conversion paths using analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and marketing campaigns.
- Optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience.
- Implement personalized marketing tactics to boost conversion rates.
KPIs:
- Conversion rate percentage.
- Cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Reduction in bounce rate.
4. SEO Performance
Objective: Improve the website’s search engine visibility to attract more organic traffic.
Tasks:
- Perform keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and URLs.
- Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- Ensure site speed and mobile responsiveness are optimized.
KPIs:
- Search rankings for targeted keywords.
- Number of keywords in the top 10 search results.
- Growth in organic traffic.
5. PPC Performance
Objective: Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Tasks:
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms.
- Create compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for PPC.
- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting for optimal campaign performance.
KPIs:
- Click-through rate (CTR).
- Cost per click (CPC).
- Return on ad spend (ROAS).
6. Social Media Engagement
Objective: Enhance engagement and build a community on social media platforms.
Tasks:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and .
- Create and share engaging content tailored to each platform.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage social media conversations.
- Run social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
KPIs:
- Number of social media followers.
- Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments).

7. Email Campaign Performance
Objective: Drive engagement and conversions through targeted email marketing.
Tasks:
- Design and send email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
