Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our online presence across various digital channels. This role involves managing social media accounts, tracking website performance, and overseeing online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve our companys objectives and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to boost online engagement and growth.
- Manage social media accounts and oversee online advertising campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance and digital campaign effectiveness.
- Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.
- Utilize data and insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Manage budget allocation for digital campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing management.
- Proven expertise in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles. - Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads,
- Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and software (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Basic skills in content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent creative, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
