Employee Welfare & Engagement

Implement employee welfare initiatives and programs.

Address employee grievances related to facilities and welfare.Manage welfare amenities: Canteen & hygiene

Drinking water & sanitation

Medical facilities & first aid

Rest rooms & locker roomsSupport employee engagement activities, celebrations and events.

Plant Administration & Facility Management

Oversee overall plant administration and facility operations.

Manage housekeeping, canteen, transport, guest house, security, office maintenance and utilities.

Ensure uninterrupted functioning of infrastructure and services.

Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Control admin budgets and optimize costs.

Transport & Travel Management

Manage employee transportation and bus routes.

Ensure vendor compliance, safety and vehicle maintenance.

Handle travel bookings, guest logistics and accommodation.

Security & Safety Coordination

Oversee plant security operations and access control.

Coordinate with EHS team on safety compliance.

Monitor CCTV, emergency preparedness and visitor management.

Support to HR & IR

Support HR team in employee relations initiatives.

Assist in union interactions and worker welfare programs.

Support plant events, audits and visits.

Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and monitor annual admin budget.

Track expenses and identify cost saving initiatives.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources.
