Background: MBA/ Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Healthcare related field is a plus

Job Summary: We are seeking a high output multi tasking detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, working with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on multiple fast paced ai and data projects with the team
• High comfort with reviewing data in excel and databases
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to provide data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional designs.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clarity of project goals and requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet the defined objectives.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support during system implementation.
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Healthcare related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, testing and product experience and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Basic Experience with Linkedin marketing is good to have.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
