Job Description:- As a Business Development Executive, you will:
• Client Acquisition: Identifying potential clients, pitching services, and securing new business through various channels such as networking, cold outreach, and marketing efforts.
• Relationship Management: Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. This involves understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.
• Market Research: Conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. This includes keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activity.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business growth objectives, such as expanding into new markets, diversifying services, or improving operational efficiency.
• Proposal Development: Crafting compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements, highlighting the agency’s capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
• Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, including marketing and project management, to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Managing sales pipelines, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to ensure a steady flow of new business.
• Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the company leadership, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying the agency’s value proposition, negotiating contracts, and building rapport with clients.
• Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities to establish connections with potential clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders through various channels such as events, conferences, and online platforms. A highly extroverted individual would thrive in this role.
• Results-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to effectively manage sales pipelines and prioritize opportunities to maximize results.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team environment, including sales, marketing, and project management teams.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and internal priorities, with the ability to pivot strategies and tactics as needed to achieve business objectives.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative, identifies opportunities, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work From Office: Willing to work from the office at our headquarters in Whitefield, Bangalore.
• Travel and Commute: Willing to travel and commute to Client’s locations for face-toface interactions.
