Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional candidate who will take charge of driving initiatives to foster productive relationships with business partners, ultimately cultivating new opportunities for our company. This individual will demonstrate a strong focus on their objectives and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should exhibit critical thinking abilities when formulating plans, along with the capacity to identify, nurture, and execute growth strategies that will enhance our organization’s revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities
* Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and revenue streams.
* Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels (networking, cold calling, online research, etc.).
* Building and maintaining relationships with potential & existing clients and partners and identifying opportunities to collaborate and expand the studio’s network.
* Developing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
* Managing and tracking sales targets, leads, and business development opportunities, and reporting progress to senior management.
* Collaborating with the marketing, creative and technical teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential partners and clients.
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
* Ensuring that all business development activities align with the company’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
In addition to these requirements, the candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take risks and try new approaches. He or she should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 6 months prior business development or sales experience in the Creative Industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
* Focused and goal-oriented
* Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities
