Key Responsibilities
– Promote, upsell, and cross-sell e-learning courses to prospective and existing customers
– Support marketing campaigns and assist with lead generation activities
– Engage with leads, understand their learning needs, and recommend suitable solutions
– Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
– Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
– Update customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools
– Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
