Key Responsibilities
– Connect with working professionals and prospective students for career development and distance learning programs
– Counsel candidates on suitable management and professional programs based on their profiles
– Perform cold calling on leads and existing databases to generate and close sales
– Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, meetings, and email communication
– Maintain accurate records and databases of prospects and enrolled candidates
– Achieve assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets
– Follow pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure smooth admissions
– Collaborate with team members to drive overall sales performance
