Key Responsibilities
- Find and bring in new company clients for recruitment, staffing, payroll outsourcing, and HR services.
- Meet HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, CXOs, and business leaders to create new business opportunities.
- Present the company’s recruitment, staffing, payroll, and corporate training solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize long-term service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to bring in repeat business.
- Coordinate with recruitment and HR operations teams to make sure client needs are delivered on time.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and service agreements.
- Track sales progress using CRM and hit monthly revenue goals.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to grow the company’s corporate network.
- Work closely with management to build growth plans for HR outsourcing and recruitment services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience in corporate sales and business development.
- Understanding of recruitment, staffing, payroll, and HR outsourcing services.
- Ability to close high-value business-to-business (B2B) deals.
- Knowledge of service agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and business negotiations.
- Skilled in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a goal-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA (HR/Marketing) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment agency sales, staffing, payroll outsourcing, or HR consulting.
- An existing network of HR professionals and company decision-makers is a bonus.
