Position: Business Development sales for EDtech company
Location: Work from Office (6 days a week)
Location: Rohini West, Delhi
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand client relationships, and promote our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to meet sales targets in the education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective clients via inbound leads, following up on calls and emails (leads provided).
- Convert leads into sales through outbound calls, demonstrating Aimlay’s services and offerings.
- Conduct effective online demos to showcase Aimlay’s educational solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Use strong listening and presentation skills to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate services.
- Consistently meet monthly sales quotas and report weekly sales progress and objectives to management.
- Track sales progress through a CRM or database and maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay informed about new products and service enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
