Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with founders to design and improve backend systems and infrastructure
– Assist in building voice-based AI agents using LLMs (Large Language Models)
– Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services
– Work on real-time communication systems using technologies like WebRTC and LiveKit
– Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python, Go, or JavaScript
– Rapidly prototype and ship new product features
– Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
– Contribute to building scalable and reliable AI-driven platforms
Skills & Requirements
– Strong fundamentals in programming and data structures
– Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Go
– Understanding of backend development and API design
– Interest in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, and voice-based systems
– Basic understanding of real-time systems or networking (bonus)
– Familiarity with Git and version control systems
– Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
