Key Responsibilities
– Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities for ongoing NGO projects.
– Source potential candidates and conduct initial candidate screenings.
– Support the HR team in scheduling and conducting interviews.
– Help manage onboarding processes for new team members and volunteers.
– Coordinate with volunteers and ensure smooth communication across project teams.
– Contribute to team engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
– Maintain recruitment records and support HR administrative tasks when required.
