Key Responsibilities
– Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for multiple open roles.
– Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
– Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
– Support the HR team in organizing recruitment drives, campus hiring, and job fairs.
– Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and role fit.
– Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
– Research and identify effective recruitment channels to attract diverse talent.
– Contribute ideas to enhance the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
– Learn and implement HR best practices in talent acquisition and selection.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role expectations.
Requirements
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
