Key Responsibilities
– Design engaging and shareable visual content, including memes and social media creatives
– Create festival, holiday, and campaign-specific design posts
– Simplify complex information into clean, easy-to-understand visual designs
– Collaborate with the team to design giveaway and promotional posts
– Develop marketing creatives aimed at lead generation and brand growth
– Design quick-turnaround creatives for trending news and real-time updates
– Create large-format promotional materials such as banners and standees for events
– Design ad creatives for performance and paid marketing campaigns
Requirements & Skills
– Educational background in Graphic Design or a related field
– Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
– Proficiency in Canva (Canva Pro access will be provided)
– Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an added advantage
– Awareness of current design trends and social media aesthetics
– Creative mindset with attention to detail
