This role blends storytelling, animation, and cutting-edge AI video tools to bring learning concepts to life. You’ll work closely with educators, designers, and product teams to create visually rich experiences that align with Peblo’s mission of playful, meaningful learning.

Key Responsibilities
– Conceptualize and produce animated or mixed-media educational videos using AI-powered video generation tools
– Collaborate with writers, educators, and designers to visually translate scripts and learning objectives
– Experiment with emerging AI animation and video platforms to improve speed, creativity, and production quality
– Create story-driven, emotionally engaging content suitable for children
– Adapt visual storytelling to reflect Indian cultural contexts while maintaining universal appeal
– Contribute to defining Peblo’s visual style guidelines and animation identity
– Manage the complete AI video pipeline—from concept and generation to post-production and refinement
– Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
– Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in AI video generation and children’s media
Skills & Requirements
– Hands-on experience with AI video and animation platforms such as Kling, Google Veo, Sora, RunwayML, or similar tools
– Strong portfolio showcasing story-focused video or animation work
– Excellent visual storytelling skills tailored to young audiences
– Ability to work independently with high ownership and adaptability
– Strong time management and organizational skills for tight deadlines
– Understanding of Indian cultural nuances and localization
– Clear communication skills and comfort working with remote, cross-functional teams
