Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital strategies that integrate seamlessly with clients’ overall communication objectives and drive measurable results.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to the digital team to ensure that all digital assets and content are aligned with brand standards and objectives.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital initiatives, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital marketing landscape, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business results.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive insights and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and effectively communicate digital strategies and results to clients and stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a creative flair and a passion for pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
Experience working in a creative agency or similar fast-paced, client-facing environment is highly desirable.
