Key Responsibilities
– Build complete web applications covering frontend, backend, and deployment
– Convert raw ideas and requirements into functional, production-ready products
– Design, implement, and consume RESTful APIs
– Architect databases and manage data flows efficiently
– Deploy applications on modern cloud platforms and keep them running smoothly
– Debug, refactor, optimize, and scale existing systems
– Use AI tools intelligently to speed up development without sacrificing quality
– Take full accountability for assigned projects — success and failure included
Technical Skill Requirements
Frontend Development:
– Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Experience with at least one modern framework: React, Next.js, or Vue
– Responsive layouts and component-driven UI development
Backend Development
– Hands-on experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI / Django), PHP, or similar
– Solid understanding of REST API design
– Authentication, authorization, and core business logic implementation
Databases
– Experience with SQL databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
– NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
– Ability to design schemas and optimize queries
Deployment & DevOps (Practical Level)
– Version control using Git & GitHub
– Application hosting on AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean, or similar platforms
– Working knowledge of environment variables, builds, and deployment pipelines
– Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts
AI-Driven Development Expectations
You actively use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, including:
– Code generation and scaffolding
– Refactoring and optimization
– Debugging and problem analysis
– Documentation and explanation
You should know how to prompt effectively, understand the output, and clearly explain why AI-generated code works — not blindly paste it.
