Key Roles & Responsibilities
– Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
– Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
– Coordinate effectively between management and employees
– Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
– Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities
– Manage attendance, leave records, and HR reports
– Support salary coordination and HR compliance documentation
– Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
– Handle employee queries professionally and confidentially
– Ensure adherence to HR policies, discipline, and company guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications
– Graduate or MBA in Human Resources (preferred but not mandatory)
– Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and HR operations
– Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
– Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
– Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
– Positive attitude with a professional and ethical approach
