Role Overview
We’re hiring a Visual Graphic Designer to create high-impact visuals across social media, ads, and campaigns.
This role focuses on fast execution + strong fundamentals + content adaptability.
You don’t need to be a senior strategist — but you should really understand what works well on social media and digital platforms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design social media content (Instagram, WhatsApp, ads, banners)
- Create reels, short videos, and basic product/demo videos
- Design visuals for product launches and campaigns
- Adjust designs for different platforms (social, ads, web)
- Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams
- Create designs that grab attention and communicate clearly
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Canva
- Adobe Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Ability to handle both static and basic video content, Understanding of social media formats and trends
Strong fundamentals in:
- Typography
- Layout & composition
- Using color well
Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
- After Effects (basic animation)
- Template/system-based design thinking
