About the Role:

From Day 1, you’ll work on live marketing campaigns across three brands- not dummy assignments. You’ll collaborate with experienced designers on branding, performance marketing, websites, presentations, social media, and event creatives while building a portfolio of real-world work. Along the way, you’ll get guidance and hands-on experience using AI design tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic, and ChatGPT.

Stipend:

INR ₹7,000 / Monthly

What You’ll Do:

● Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email (MoEngage).

● Create static posts, carousels, stories, and adjust designs for different platforms.

● Design brand templates, presentations, and marketing materials for all three brands.

● Support Meta and Google Ads creative production.

● Support event branding, print materials, and campaign design

● Try out and use AI tools to work smarter and faster

What are we looking for?

● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a bonus).

● Good understanding of typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

● Sharp attention to detail and genuine willingness to learn.

● Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Agency experience is a plus, but not required.
