Required:
5 to 6 years in Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Key Responsibilities
Editing:
- Edit brand films, digital ads, social media videos, and promo content, based on briefs and brand guidelines
- Build engaging stories through visuals, music, and pacing while keeping a consistent tone
- Add music, voiceovers, and sound design to make videos more emotional and impactful
- Make sure every video meets the technical and format requirements for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and OTT
Motion Graphics & Design:
- Design and animate graphics, text styling, transitions, and infographics using After Effects
- Create animated logos, intros, and lower-third text banners for brand campaigns
- Add 2D (and some 3D) animation where it helps tell the story better
- Keep colors, style, and design consistent across all your work
Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative directors, producers, and art teams to bring ideas to life
- Understand briefs and apply good visual storytelling
- Take feedback quickly without losing quality
- Manage timelines and keep your files organized
Creative Input:
- Join brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas
- Stay updated on the latest visual trends and tools
- Help the team come up with new visual ideas for branded content
Technical Skills:
- Really strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition
- Good understanding of pacing, sound, fonts, and visual flow in videos
- Able to create content for digital, social, and campaign platforms
- Great attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills
