We are currently looking for Manager Strategic Projects to join our growing team. This position is a truly unique opportunity to be able to work across the entire HR departmental (and other teams too) to help us hit our big-picture goals.
You’ll be joining at an exciting time and will help bring key HR projects to life. This role really matters — it’ll shape how HR is seen as a department that plans ahead and gets big projects done successfully.
You’ll help put our HR plan into action, manage projects, support budget planning under the Chief People Officer (CPO), and track progress monthly/quarterly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing projects to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Helping manage the CPO’s budget, including business contracts across the department
- Tracking and reporting on all ongoing projects

Technical Skills
- Comfortable with numbers and some experience in managing budgets
- Experience managing projects at a global level
- Consulting experience is a plus
Experience & Qualification
- 7–8+ years of experience managing projects and getting results
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key people across the company
- Strong Knowledge of advance excel, macros, smart sheet
- Good with data analysis
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- MBA in HR
Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹10 LPA
