Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for an HR Intern who wants real, hands-on experience in HR and hiring, specifically in the media and video production world.

What you’ll work on

• Finding and shortlisting candidates for creative, production, editing, sales and marketing roles

• Scheduling interviews and staying in touch with candidates

• Supporting onboarding and employee documentation

• Maintaining recruitment, attendance and HR records

• Helping out with everyday HR tasks

• Building a talent network across filmmaking, editing and creative production

• Supporting employee engagement and internal coordination

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed HR, MBA, BBA or a related course

• Good professional English communication skills

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good organisational and follow-up skills

• Comfortable with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is an advantage

• Interest in media, filmmaking or video production is a plus

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: On-site

Job Type: Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000 per month
