Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager (6–7+ years experience) to manage the full HR operations for our growing global team. This is an on-site role in Mohali – fast-paced, startup-like, and you’ll need to take real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across tech, marketing, operations and support roles
• Build HR processes and documentation from scratch
• Handel onboarding and training for new hires
• Monitor employee performance, KPIs and productivity
• Keep HR records, contracts, and documentation in order
• Support employee engagement and communication across teams
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Compliance & Operations

• Research and set up compliance rules for hiring drivers
• Make sure our chauffeurs/operators meet all onboarding requirements
• Keep documentation related to licenses and eligibility
• Support basic understanding of compliance rules across the UK, Europe, UAE, and USA

Required Qualifications

• 6–7+ years in HR, recruitment, or talent management — including at least 2 years managing HR solo or as a lead
• Startup experience – you’ve built HR processes yourself, not just followed existing ones
• Strong hiring and onboarding experience
• Solid HR operations and documentation skills
• Experience handling employee relations
• Good grasp of HR policies and basic Indian labor laws
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, on-site setup
• Good with HR tools and systems
• A degree in HR, Business, or similar (MBA/PGDM is a plus)

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring tech roles (developers, QA, etc.)
• Exposure to multi-location or international teams
• Some background in transport, mobility, or service industries
