Job Description:

Kapiva is looking for a experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a great chance for someone with 1-3 years of graphic design experience who loves making eye-catching designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive designs for a wide range of marketing materials, like digital and print assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.

2. Lead design projects from start to finish, turning marketing goals and brand rules into strong designs that share important messages and boost brand image.

3. Use advanced graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to make high-quality designs with great attention to detail.

4. Keep up with design trends and new tools, always looking for ways to improve our design work.

5. Manage multiple projects at once, priorities tasks well, and meet deadlines while keeping high quality and creativity.

Requirements:

1. A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a similar field.

2. 1-3 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showing different design projects.

3. Good skills in graphic design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, and some knowledge of video editing software.

4. Excellent design skills, with a good eye for text, layout, composition, and color, shown in past work.

5. Good problem-solving skills, able to turn ideas into strong designs that connect with audiences.

6. Good communication skills, able to explain design concepts and ideas clearly and work well with others.

7. Attention to detail, committed to delivering high-quality designs that meet project goals and impress clients.
