Role: Graphic Designer

Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3.8 LPA

Role Description:

This is a full-time, in-office Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual content for digital and print, including product interfaces, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and presentation materials.You will help build and maintain brand consistency, work with product, marketing, and engineering teams, and turn complex medical and technical ideas into clear visual storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include design graphics and layouts, improve on feedback, preparing files for production, and bring creative ideas that improve user experience and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilites:

Brand, Packaging & Print

• Design kit packaging, test-card artwork, inserts and instruction leaflets

• Taking charge of in-clinic materials – posters, doctor-facing one-pagers, sample reports 

• Keep brand consistent across product, print and digital as we scale

• Prepare print-ready files and working with vendors on output 

Growth & Marketing Creative

• Create performance ad creatives and improving based on what performs

• Design landing pages, email and social assets with the growth team 

• Creating pitch decks and product materials for partners and international markets

• Delivering multiple versions fast — speed and volume matter more than one “perfect” piece

Research & Craft

• Sit in on user calls and clinic visits and turning what you hear into design changes

• Building and testing prototypes before handing them off to engineering

• Keep files organised and ready to hand off – engineers should never have to guess a detail

• Bring references and a point of view, not just execution 

Qualification:

• 0–2 years of experience, or a portfolio strong enough to make the years irrelevant

• Fluent in Figma; comfortable in Illustrator or Photoshop, Canva, and AI Tools

• Your portfolio should show how you think, not just what you finished – We want to see the messy middle part too.

• Strong sense of fonts and layout.

WHAT YOU’LL DESIGN

• Ready to design outside your comfort zone, including the box the kit ships in

• Take feedback well and improves quickly without ego

• Motion, 3D, illustration – not required

• Genuine interest in health, fitness or diagnostics is a plus
