Key Responsibilities
– Configure and manage telecom product catalogs using enterprise catalog tools.
– Perform API-based catalog querying, configuration, and integration activities.
– Maintain catalog structures including rules, hierarchies, and reference tables.
– Validate catalog changes to ensure correct charging, billing, and product activation flows.
– Analyze application logs and database records to identify and resolve operational issues.
– Execute SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
– Support lifecycle changes and production stability activities.
– Collaborate with product, billing, charging, and order management teams to deliver accurate catalog updates.
– Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and validations.
Education & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
– Hands-on experience working with Ericsson catalog platforms and telecom environments.
– Experience supporting production systems and operational troubleshooting is preferred.
