Key Responsibilities
– Support job posting activities across job portals and internal platforms.
– Review resumes and assist in shortlisting suitable candidates.
– Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.
– Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
– Participate in planning engagement activities, surveys, and recognition initiatives.
– Assist with internal communication and employee engagement campaigns.
– Support preparation of HR reports related to workforce metrics and performance tracking.
– Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations and coordination.
Skills & Competencies
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Good organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
– Basic understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
– Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
– Professional handling of confidential employee information.

Preferred Qualifications
